All items are ready to use straight out of the box, unless STATED flatpacked.

Please double check processing times at the top of the page. All items are made to order. Postage takes 24-48hr depending if sent before the weekend

Yes we do do custom work, message us directly or email us. we require for custom work, drawn up photos including specific measurements, every specific detail helps massively. If you want to upscale an item, please message for quotes. 

If your items is damaged during transit, please report within 24 hours of arrival. Message directly on Facebook or instagram for a more direct answer. Please send photos straight away of your items that are damaged. Due to the volume of work, there may be a delay in production of your replacement. We will confirm collection of your broken/incorrect item.

if items are fixable customers end, (ie a screw out of place) damage discount starts at 10%. 

the customer is responsible for paying all custom fees.
